Sesame Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons toasted white sesame seeds, or peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, plus more to taste
- 2 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Finely chop the sesame seeds and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes in a spice grinder and transfer to a small bowl; stir in both oils, vinegar, and garlic. Or, if using peanut butter, simply combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
